This story has it all, a good mystery, believably flawed characters, and passionate romancing. The emotions feel real and the suspense engaging enough to encourage non-stop reading until the last page id devoured. Thank-you for a tasty book!!
Lots of fun. I love a good police procedural/detective story, especially one with lots of lesbians in it. Decent character development and a fun plot. Liked the way various chapters were told from different character's point of view.I would definitely love to see more from Casey, Michele, et. al.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book. It grabbed my attention from the beginning. Can't wait for the sequel.
Have only gotten a quarter of the way through the book and can't make myself finish. Adults acting like teens with uncontrolled hormones is just not my thing. On the job for less than a week and you can't figure out which woman you want to chase and you're the security director....or the office manager........ Screams immaturity, lack of boundaries and peckerwood.
I liked this book. Grabs you at the beginning and the story keeps a fast pace. A good whodunnit that keeps you engaged.Note to author: Only negative is that the Michelle sub-story drags a bit but not enough to merit a negative review. I found her character's continuous self doubt to be tiresome.
Oh i could not put this book down loved celine and "The Chief " and also loved how how quickly celine got rattled with jealousy wish proves no matter who or what u are ( Dr., Shrink or beautiful as hell) we are only human:) hoping 4a sequal!!!!
Lovec it. Ver good thriller mystery... i would like to see more intimacy. What was in the book was done well but very vague. One if yhe reasons i read lesbian mystery thriller is the fact that they are lesbian and the intimacy would be lesbian sexual intimacy.. love to see sequel
I really wanted to like this one. Unfortunately, the story wasn't delivered well; even I had the killer pegged a few pages after he/she (trying not to spoil) was introduced. Knowing that readers, myself included, rely on these reviews, I will just say there are better books out there for a more reasonable price. While the book wasn't terrible, I did see it through, but I wouldn't recommend this one.
