This book is a must! if you are interested in a practical approach to what the law and justice system can do for animal rights that is a critical book. I can say is iconic. You can feel, you can think you can do a lot of things about animal consideration but at least are the Court and the Judges who put in their right place to the people hasn't rationality or empathy enough to respect animals: Animal rights the last border!!!

I just got the "present" that I ordered for myself the other day. This is a great great Animal Law book that I found on Amazon.com. Sometimes when you see five stars on the review, you have to wonder whether their Mother or Sister wrote the review, but no, honestly, once I started to go through this book yesterday...and yes, I have already started reading it page by page in case you're wondering... well this book is fantastic. When they said that this author really knew his "stuff"... no lie...he really has covered everything that there is to cover. This is a SUPERLATIVE Animal Law book. The author is David Favre. Every subject matter you could ever think of, I don't believe that he has excluded any animal on the face of the Earth in terms of their "rights" on this planet.Whenever I want to see how "good" a book really is, and whether it measures up to the reviews that it receives, I like to read the back index. For Kate Rishoff, reading about dogs would be a little bit too biased because I love dogs too much to be impartial to the subject matter. I sat there for a bit and I said "which animal should I look up. I then thought of my Uncle Lee who was a chicken farmer in Downsville, New York. As a little boy, my father loved his Uncle Lee...simply adored him (his mother's brother), and he used to show my father how he would candle eggs. So I said "Oh, that's it...I'll look up the rights of chickens....how much could possibly be said about the rights of chickens?" Well, I stand corrected...there is much to be known about the rights of chickens and the farming aspects of raising chickens. It said to cf (cross Reference "Poultry") so I did... WOW....WOW... Amazing.Of course, I only just received it last night in the mail at my door, so I almost can't wait to really sit and digest about Animal Law, but let me tell ya.... David Favre ....he has it all in this book. I am highly impressed...and there is no wonder that this book garnered Five Stars. Law Students gave it five stars...(not his Mom or his sister....) This book is beyond expectations and well worth the money spent on it. Please get it if you are not only engaged in this field of practice, but also if you have an interest in animal rights or advocacy. A must buy for your reference library.

This was helpful since I was interested in reading about laws related to dogs in the state of Michigan. Case law from other states is also included. I found this book very insightful, though a bit repetitive. It could almost be summed up by saying, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression," but Mr. De Souza goes farther than that, revealing how changing just a few words can drive any conversation in the right direction. Perhaps even more useful, he shows how the wording of a few sentences is almost certain to get a rejection, whether the "no" answer is spoken or not. The most provocative idea asserted by De Souza is that the very highest percentage of potential clients make up their minds to do business with a representative in the first 30 seconds, well before any formal presentation is made. In that 30 seconds, a client answers these questions in his mind: "Who are you?"; "Can I trust you?";"Are you interesting?"; and "Do I want to do business with you?" I recommend this book for new or current financial/insurance advisers who want to self-evaluate or polish their approaches.

I've been following Tom "Big Al" Schreiter for over 20 years now and I even had his original "rainbow" Big Al books way back then. This book is a great read for any insurance and financial advisor looking to learn better planned communication language skills. I happen to like the various phrases that were scattered throughout the book as well as the leading words to begin a question. If you want to improve your communication skills and phrases, this is a GREAT book to get started with - particularly if you are in management and want to start off new agents & advisors on the right foot!

The fonts don’t align, there are multple different sizes in the same sentence, the writing makes it hard to follow. It seems like a “bro” book. Jeff brags about all this experience but he started in the industry in 2010. There is one chapter of yelp reviews about how good he is. All in all, this book doesn’t help you learn about mortgages, it just lists his stories. Wouldn’t touch it with a 10ft pole and would disagree with his advice.

This book is an amazing read from start to finish, throughout the whole book I feel as if I am speaking with Jeff and having a conversation . A very informative and enjoyable read for all people, not just for millennials. Myself being a realtor and millennial I appreciate this body of work so much and would recommend everyone looking to buy a home, sell, invest, or maybe just looking for authentic knowledge about real estate to read this book!

This book is fantastic and a MUST READ for everyone, not just millenials! In this economy, everyone needs to be educated on what to do in order to successfully navigate through the real estate/mortgage industry and this is the book to do it with. Easy read and very informative! I have already recommended it to numerous friends and clients!

Jeff has written a truly authentic book. He dives into his deep understanding and knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industry. I recently bought my first home thanks to Jeff and this book is a summary of everything that I have learned from doing business with him and being around him.

Jeff provides education for millennial and all age groups alike. He has a no nonsense style of giving you the information you need to make educated home buying and financing decisions that you should have learned in school but never did. This book is a must read.

Incredible book and definitely a MUST READ . As a real estate agent myself this boom is incredibly insightful not just for me but for any person. My favorite chapter is the stories because the book feels even more genuine also love the tips throughout. I recommend this to anyone.
